![]() Our tuna is fished by the "pole-and-line" method. To maintain freshness, all tuna is delivered directly to the factory within 15 minutes of arrival at the fishing harbor. The tuna is cut by Yanagi (a special knife used for Sashimi), and a freeze process is performed within 40 minutes to best maintain freshness. We take pride in our tuna for its taste, texture, and quality. |
